Organising and booking your Short Term Accommodation is easy with STA Haven. You just need to follow these four simple steps and don’t forget, we are here to help you along the way.

Steps to STA Haven

Start Your Enquiry

Complete the Short Term Accommodation (STA) enquiry form online via the Book Now link on our website. STA Haven will contact you via email if we can’t reach you by phone. A quick response will allow the process to be swift.

Approve Your Quote

STA Haven will forward you a quote for your Short Term Accommodation via email. If you would like to move forward with the quote provided, we ask you to sign the service agreement promptly and return.

Approval of Your Service Agreement

Your service agreement will be forwarded to your plan manager or support coordinator for approval. Upon approval STA Haven will commence with the booking arrangements and provide booking confirmation.

Enjoy STA Your Way

Feel assured that you will receive everything you need within 48 hours of your STA.
