Inspired by lived experiences
Having a daughter with Cerbral Palsy, our founder and NDIS Mum, Dionne felt the segregation and noticed the resentment that came with the standard respite process – and set out to fix it.
STA Haven was created with a clear purpose in mind—to improve Short Term Accommodation / Respite services specifically for NDIS participants. It’s powerful when initiatives like this are born out of personal experiences and a genuine desire to address existing deficiencies. By having firsthand understanding, the founders have valuable insights into what needs improvement and can tailor their services accordingly.
